A London engagement shoot with Maggie & Rob

LONDON IS AN AMAZING BACKDROP FOR AN ENGAGEMENT SHOOT.

Especially in the Autumn and Winter. There is something a bit magical about it all. It always brings that cosy loved feeling, you know the feeling when you watch Love Actually around Christmas. 

Maggie & Rob are awesome and how they found me is awesome. Their friends Elise & Marwan who booked me as their wedding photographer for their august wedding next year wanted to buy their friends an engagement shoot as a present, that rapidly turned into a wedding booking because friends are amazing like that :) 

So we decided on London for the engagement shoot. We started by Spitalfields market and made our way through the city, stopping wherever we felt to take some photos. 

I love these sessions because I get to know a couple. We talked about everything from Marvel to the wedding day. It turns out we have loads in common as I usually find with my clients. Maggie & Rob started a bit nervous as everyone does but soon it became completely natural and they are genuinely and authentically in love which is all you need for couple photos. 

I am super duper excited for their wedding next May with the ceremony at Southwark registry office (one of my favourites) and the party in Canary Wharf, its going to be perfect!
