Islington Town Hall wedding photography with Jade & Daniel's micro wedding.

I have been loving going through the micro weddings I photographed last year. I have actually always been a lover of small and intimate weddings in London having photographed a fair few before the pandemic. We have some seriously beautiful Town Halls in London and Islington is one of my favourites.

So of course I was delighted when Jade & Daniel booked me to cover their ceremony, couple & group photos at this magnificent building. Once again it was short but sweet and filled with love.

I met up with them all outside the town hall before we headed in for the ceremony which was short but perfectly executed and made to feel special by the staff at Islington (they have done a tremendous job throughout) it was then some couple photos in that iconic corridor before heading outside for confetti.

We then all took a short walk to a local square where bubbles and a toast were held along with some couple photos. It can all feel a bit in and out as a wedding photographer for these teeny weddings but each one throughout the pandemic has been an important reminder for me that despite our darkest times there is always joy to be found somewhere.
