The Bloomsbury Hotel wedding photography with Emily & Stephen.

So my weddings kicked off again in early June on a very wet Friday (story of 2021) with the wonderful Emily & Stephen at The Bloomsbury Hotel in London. I absolutely love this hotel so I was very excited to photograph a wedding there for the first time.

Emily & Stephen decided that they didn’t want to wait to get married so settled on having a micro wedding with their closest friends and family and it was just perfect. I know I have said this dozens of times but weddings over the last year despite their small size have been some of my favourite.

We started with a little bit of bridal prep before the ceremony and fortunately the rain stopped in time for their drinks reception in a garden just down the road from the hotel. It was then back to The Bloomsbury for dinner and speeches before I finished for the day.

Loved everything about this wedding especially Emily’s custom made dress by Kate Beaumont.

Also random story… Actually a very Covid times story! When I went to have my first vaccine at St Thomas hospital somehow the universe conspired and Emily had booked hers for the same time and place. So random but lovely and we went for a walk along the South Bank after.
