A sunny engagement shoot at Lulworth Cove in Dorset with Ione & Nathan.

wedding photographer in Dorset

So I am back from my EPIC walk for Woman’s Trust and I am in a bit of a daze. The past 6 weeks seems like a dream to be honest. Somehow I walked all 630miles of the South West Coast Path and raised over £5000 for charity. A huge achievement that hasn’t been processed yet.

I think that is why I am so happy to be back at my desk today and getting my business back on track and that includes editing two weddings (I know I photographed weddings and it was amazing) but also getting my marketing back on track which is why I have this lovely blog post for you.

First of all I LOVE Lulworth Cove, it’s such a wonderful place and it’s especially magical at golden hour.

So it was a first choice for a couple shoot with Ione & Nathan back in July. The 11th July to be exact.

That date should have been Ione & Nathan’s wedding day but you know what went and spoiled that.

I am super happy though that we have their wedding at Smedmore House to look forward to next year and in the meantime we marked the day with some special photos.

These guys totally turned a negative into a positive and Ione’s mum even arranged for her to have a stunning floral arrangement for the shoot. We had so much fun from scaling the cliffs above the bay to having a paddle in the last of the days sunshine and I LOVE the photos we created together.

Words can not describe how excited I am to photograph their wedding next year.

2020 has been a crazy year and it definitely didn’t turn out how I expected it too but right now I am grateful.

Grateful that I am still a wedding photographer, grateful that I have AMAZING clients and grateful that I am also a part of such an incredible and strong industry.

Enjoy the photos!
