A stunning Kent Military wedding with Emily & Rupert.
What can I say about Emily & Rupert. Upon meeting them it was obvious they were made for one another and they are probably the biggest success story to come out of Bumble. I instantly felt like we hit it off and Rupert was happy I was going to be able provide the two photos he wanted so we got the date booked in.
As Rupert is in the Army they chose Brompton Barracks as their venue and the ceremony was held at the super lovely St Mary & All Saints Church in Maidstone. I just want to give a major shout out to the vicar at this church because he was so helpful in making sure that I was able to get the images that Emily & Rupert would love.
The whole day was the perfect Autumnal Kent wedding without a drop of rain in sight and Emily looked stunning in her Louise Selby dress and I think Rupert agreed based on his reaction when he saw Emily walk into the church with her brother. The kids at this wedding also completely stole the show and gave me endless moments to capture.
I absolutely loved being Emily & Rupert’s wedding photographer and here are some of the lovely things they said about working with me:
So it turns out your thank you card is nearly as hard to write as our parents thank you cards. I don’t if you remember Rupert saying when we first met that we only needed two photos from our wedding, one of us and one of his family for his Nana. Well, he’s struggling to choose because they’re all so good. Your photos are amazing Ami and you captured our day perfectly. Looking at them really brings the magic back.
