A wonderful summer wedding at Notley Abbey with Katherine & Matthew.
So Winter is kind of here which means I am going to warm you up with a lovely summer wedding today.
Katherine & Matthew booked me as their wedding photographer over two years ago so this day was a long time coming. I was so excited to photograph their day especially as it was held at the ever stunning Notley Abbey, home of my favourite driveway. Yep you heard that right. The driveway down to the venue is beautifully tree lined and its a wonderful spot to take couples for their photos during the golden hour.
The whole day was I felt everything Katherine & Matthew dreamed of during their years of planning. Katherine’s attention to detail created a wedding that was both beautiful and personal. For me though it always comes back to the people. I have said it time and time before your wedding is one of the handful of times in your life where you have everyone who is important to you in the same place, celebrating together. As a photographer it’s that simple thought that drives my work, my main goal during a wedding is to hand pick those memories and immortalise them for you. And Katherine & Matthew’s wedding was not short of moments to capture.

Ami photographed our wedding at Notley Abbey this summer and we were so happy with the service. On the day she captured some lovely natural shots and all the more traditional shots we wanted. We had a preview only a couple of days after so we could use some photos to send our thank you cards out. Our full gallery was available 3 weeks later and we are delighted with our photos, they have captured one of the happiest days of our life. Very happy with the mounted prints and wedding album we have received too. I don't think we will ever tire of looking through all of our beautiful wedding photos, we will treasure them forever.
