Wedding Photographer in Surrey with Alice & Matt at Chobham Village Hall.
I am so excited today to be sharing with you the wedding of Alice & Matt.
I have known Alice for a good couple of years now as I do a spot of commercial photography for the school she works at, so when she asked me to be her wedding photographer I was over the moon.
Alice & Matt chose November for their wedding which I love as you get some beautiful colours at that time of year. The ceremony was held at Chobham Village Church in Surrey which is a stunning space.
Alice looked incredible in her Jesus Piero dress which she found at Miss Bush Bridal in Surrey. It has to be said that Matt looked amazing as well in his Military outfit. Basically they just looked perfect together.
The weather sadly didn’t play ball with us on this wedding. In fact it absolutely poured for most of the day. Happy to report though that that did not for a second dampen the spirits of this wedding. We even got a tiny 15min window of no rain to quickly nip out for some family groups and couple photos.
This was also another huge day for Alice & Matt. Matt’s brother who was supposed to be best man sadly (but not sadly) had to leave with his wife as she went into labour. So not only did Alice & Matt become husband & wife they also became aunty & uncle on the same day!
Happiness all round.
The reception was held at Chobham Village Hall and I loved what they did with the space to inject their own personalities into the day. I thought the use of the names of Friend’s episodes was pure genius!
All in all this wedding was an absolute joy to be a part of and I am so grateful I got to capture these special memories for Alice & Matt.
